I've been a sparker for a few days now and I have kept with my at least 10 min of exercise a day. Through some searching today I found this group and challenge and figured since I'm already accomplishing these goals I might as well try and keep myself committed to it by joining up.
I used to think that giving 10 min wasn't going to change much but due to an injury that is about all I can give now. 10 min a day can change your life in the long run. I'm excited to share my progress!
