Depending on where you are the day isn't quite over yet :) And thanks for that video! I did a seated 12 min exercise yesterday and I didn't think I would benefit but I definitely felt it when I stood up later! It was great.

10 minutes a day is Great! I joined the challenge a few weeks back, and find that if I do the minimum (10Minutes), I can stick to my weight lose goal a lot better despite the fact that I often go over on my calories. You didn't say the nature of your injury, but you might be interested in a video I found on Sparkpeople - www.sparkpeople.com/resource/videos-detail .asp?video=38. I plan to use it tonight.
With a little fluctuation, I'm still at 6 pounds lost so I'm taking the 10 day challenge! I'm going to get up 15 minutes earlier etch day (so I'll stop hitting the snooze button) and do some - any - exercise!

I've been a sparker for a few days now and I have kept with my at least 10 min of exercise a day. Through some searching today I found this group and challenge and figured since I'm already accomplishing these goals I might as well try and keep myself committed to it by joining up.
I used to think that giving 10 min wasn't going to change much but due to an injury that is about all I can give now. 10 min a day can change your life in the long run. I'm excited to share my progress!
