That is one of the greatest things about SP. When you start out you don't want to go out and buy a dvd or lots of equipment because you're just testing the waters. SP makes it so easy with their videos, you can do something without any equipment and then there is other videos with any of the equipment that you've got. SP caters for us all!

You can do it!! One way I am told to strengthen your core is to use a balance ball. It seems easier to exercise with your back on the ball for weight lifting or to just sit and balance which can help your core.

One of the reasons I started losing weight and exercising is because of backache. I can already feel the difference after the last 6 months of exercising! Just do something every day and if you fall off the wagon, just get on up again. You can do it!

I have a back injury from a car accident 2 years ago. I am sick and tied of being in pain everyday. A new doctor told me to get on an exercise routine to 'Strengthen my Core' before a cardio. So that is my goal. Start with 10 minutes a day and build from there.

Don't wait for inspiration ~ get to work and the inspiration will come
