I have had a great time walking today. I work in a hospital and on my breaks today I delivered flowers to different floors and buildings. I wish I could have taken steps but with a total knee replacement and looking to have another......the Dr. says no steps. Close to 45 minutes of walking for today.

I had a rough time getting started again. I started walking 10 minutes at a time and adding a little more each day. Hopefully I can keep this up to 30 minutes at a time.......Lots of help on SP. Everyone has such great tips.
I am behind you 100%. I am also getting back on track after knee surgery in May. I am still having troubles and will be going to the orthopedic today, I am hoping he won't tell me something too drastic like going back to surgery. I have started working out every day for 10 minutes at home with a kickboxing video. I have always loved kickboxing and was training before I got married a year & a half ago, now I am ready to go!

I have been active for most of my life but injuries put me on the sidelines. I can do 10 minutes or more and I am ready to try again to build a fitness routine. Walking 20 minutes 3 to 4 times per week and working out on a circuit twice a week with stretches or videos is in my plan.
Deuteronomy 30:11 says, "Now what I am commanding you today is not too difficult for you or beyond your reach." This encourages me to approach life with confidence that I can do what is right.
