I always felt guilty for everything I thought I should have done, but didn't. Now I try to concentrate on the things I HAVE done and try to do better the next day. SP has helped me with the guilt and taking 1 day at a time!

Lisa, Here is a thought. You might want to try baby steps and build up to a full week of exercise. If you exercised 1 day in week 1 then aim for 2 days in week 2 and if you do more then it counts as a bonus. week 3 exercise 3 days, week 4 go for 4 days etc til you hit 7 days in week 7. Doing it this way you will probably hit 7 days about week 4 or 5. It might sound lame but sometimes baby steps get us to our overall goal faster. Just a thought. Bonnie E.

Hi Lisa! I am right there with you. You can get on track and do the best you can. Have you considered maybe five minutes? Then go from there you may hit ten minutes before you know it. I will be starting over again too as soon as I get the okay from my dr tomorrow.
