Keep it up!!! That sounds awesome so far. I like the part of walking through the woods....that is one of my favorite walks....especially in the fall. emoticon

Hello everyone! I'm new to the challenge and happy to be here.

This week, I'm aiming for at least 10 minutes a day of fast 3 mph walking on the treadmill. Well, fast for me, since I've got bad knees.

Day 1: I did it! 20 fast minutes on the treadmill and a 60 minute slow walk with a friend.
Day 2: I did it! 10 fast minutes on the treadmill, and a 70 minute slow walk in the woods with a friend.

Tomorrow is a new day, and I'm gonna try my best.
