Day one of week 1 and so far so good. I did a 10 min. cardio warm up, slow jog on treadmill for 10 min. then followed up with some weight work. I managed to add 5 minutes of high intensity interval training at the end of my basic workout. It was difficult. I am trying a new organization to my workwouts, 3 days on with strength training, a different forcus each day, and one day off. I'll let you know how it goes.

monday i did a video, tuesday i missed because of school activities BUT yesterday i walked for 20 minutes and will be going today for 20 also. I work in a two story building and i work on the first floor so ive been going the long way and going upstairs down their hallway and down the second set of stairs to get to my office. I do that about 3 times a day
