At the last day of my first week I have lost 10 Pounds. that is just crazy. Crazy good. I have really payed attention to my eating habits and portions plus calories. I am now in a mindset of always thinking of what I can do next instead of what can I not do today. I have tried to replace any negative with a positive thought.
