emoticon TLONSBE it looks like you have already lost a lot of weight! Congrats. Pushing through can be hard when work interferes with life. You might want to try parking as far away from the door as possible to put some extra steps in your day. Someone else suggested to me that I get a pedometer, it helps along with my trusty timer. You might want to try to get up 15 minutes earlier every morning and get your 10 minutes in before your day starts. There are a lot of little ways you can work some exercise into your day, good luck.

Congrats on pushing forward! I hear ya that overtime at work can sure put a damper in things. I work out at home too when I don't or can't go to the gym

You haven't failed until you quit trying!!

Congrats to you. Hopefully work will slow back down. That seems to always be a major challenge point.

With week one almost under my belt, I'm feeling pretty good. I have struggled this week to hit 10 mins of activity each day, my job has me doing a lot of overtime and that has interfered with going to the gym. But I pushing through, I have been walking when ever possible, running to the mail box, and just being active with my iPod, I like to dance in the kitchen when no one is around, it pretty self freeing. Getting back into the grove of this has been great.....I see alot of good weeks to come...... emoticon

Change is a choice. Not an easy choice, because it really takes work to turn around your negativity, but keep making the choice and you will see that shift happens.

Today, connect with your intention to change. The more you choose activities and people that support your forward movement, the stronger that part of you will get.
