My plan for this week, and for the whole challenge really, is to start back up with the exercise again. I am actually going to try to start with 15 minutes minimum a day and work my way up to more. Just mainly wanting to get back in the habit. And I plan to do this EVERY day ... no days off on the weekend. MUST keep that streak going!
