I plan to at least do 10 minutes per day (hopefully a little more, but starting with 10 minutes every day!) It will be a walk for sure in the morning with the dog. And I am going to add squats to the list as well as wall push ups. 10 of each!! Gotta start somewhere and my new motto is.... 10 minutes, and 10 reps better than zero which is what i was doing before.
