Hi, i have been trying to follow this program for a while, but there was always a reason i couldnt or didnt do much about it. Now that i am onmy recovery from surgery i want to make this one promise i keep to myself with follow through. so this week isabout getting rest but moving in between for 10 minutes at least each time today i complete two sparks totalling 28 minutes not a bad start. hoping this time i will keep my fitness improving.
My goals for this week are to drink 8 cups (or more) of water every day, roll out of bed without hitting the snooze button, and do a minimum of 10 minutes of exercise every day. Yesterday was my first day back on Spark after being gone for pretty much 2 years. Got the water and the exercise in but didn't get up very well. This morning was a new start and I got rolling quickly and did a 20 minute WATP workout video before work. Now on to the water! I'm also going to do a brisk 5 minute walk anytime I feel myself lagging in energy today instead of reaching for food.
October 22 - walked from my work to my husband's work (in heels) and it took me 13 minutes. Not much but it is a start. Was a bit winded and had to use my inhaler. Felt great just feeling the sun on my face.
October 23 - Ended up back in the hospital after an ambulance was called for me due to difficulty breathing. Unless coughing counts or walking at work (I managed to stay at work for three hours) I didn't do anything for exercise today.
October 24 - Managed to go for a really slow 25 minute walk with my three rescued dogs. Felt good.
