Great work! I also have had to modify some workouts. This has been a mini breakthrough for me as before I would want to do it perfectly or not at all. Now I just do what I can and do something that I know is safe for my back during the parts that I know would have my physiotherapist shuddering

Did my ten minutes video, but some exercise was not able to do. Dr. does not want me to do push ups or shoulder presses. Nothing behind my back. so I did what I could and added extra of what I could to fill in. Also rode stationary bike for 61 minutes. Now I am going to get on my mini stepper for at least ten minutes. wish me luck. God bless and hope everyone is well and doing great.
