I tend to run out of time at the end of day (hence being on SparkPeople at 11:30 at night).
My goals for this week are..

1) Get to bed at a reasonable hour.
2) Complete a 10 minute walk around the property or the neighborhood every other day &
3) On alternate days I want to do 10 minutes of aerobic type exercise
