Good for You! I have the air climber and if it is anything like yours, 10 minutes seems like forever. You can do it in spurts, like five minutes twice. Your stamina will grow as you keep doing it. Enjoy your streak!

BLC 28 - RESOLUTE about learning to follow a healthy food plan despite using a food bank. RENEGADE about eating after 9:00pm and about sitting more than one hour without at least 5 minutes of stretching and moving around the house.
Well , I did it I got out my mini stepper and stepped for 10 minutes. I cannot tell you how disappointed in myself I was . 10 minutes seemed like five hours. I did not give up however I stepped 570 times. I know this is not much however. after going down the road that I have it is a start. I am proud that I did it and I will do it again tomorrow. I how for all of you to have great success with your program. Thanks
