Glad to hear you are on the road to recovery..........but wow, what an injury. I was walking my beagle labrador and 2 dogs came chasing towards her. I had a chain leash because she chewed through the cloth ones. Anyway she got spooked and went under my legs and pulled me down into the street. The chain pulled on my leg from the back of my knee upto my thigh. I had a bruise that took up most of my leg. It took over 2 months to heal. Another time I was walking her and she saw a squirrel and tried to chase it, practically broke my wrist. So I invested in a large fenced in yard and I don't walk her anymore. So I walk safely on my treadmill or sorta, I did go flying off it one time and that caused other bruises. Luckily that was over a year ago. But my pain doesn't compare to you. I pray for your comfort and a healthy recovery. So take it slow. Try to cut back on your carbs, eat more real food and less processed.

You've got a lot to recover from, but I'm delighted to know you're on the road to recovery. Yes, you and your dog have a lot to be thankful for! Even if you find you have to start at one or two minutes, you are starting, and you can build from there. Start slow, stretch regularly, and keep smiling!

I bought a personal portibable stepper. I am going to step for 15 munutes a day starting tonight. I will come and tell you all each night how many steps I made it throught. I am sure this is going to be hard since no exersise has been done since Feb. My lovable new dog Yellow Lab and Corgie mix pulled me off of my deck head first. I fell 4 1/2 feet down the steps Sprained my neck, back, shoulder, are, elbow, hand, and broke my collar bone in half from side to side. Split it inot two seperate bone pieces. But I still have my dog and my health God is Good. Pray I will loose this weight Thanks Teresa
