That is a great start. Today I have walked on my treadmill for 105 days straight. I started out with 20 minutes, got up to 45 minutes twice a day, but if I don't have the time or don't feel well which happened twice. The least I will do in a day is 20 minutes. So your off to a good start. If you can't do 10 minutes at one time, you can always do 5 minutes twice. Just do it and you will feel good like me when you reach a high number you can be proud of like I am! On with your streak...............
