I am starting my first Yoga class tonight. I found inexpensive classes through our local community center. I am looking forward to finding something that works for me. Good luck everyone and keep on keepin on so you can be the best you!
I'm in! Accountability can help me be consistent. Thanks for starting this! I just completed a 10 min pilates video on spark and did 10 min of core work this morning. I'm meeting with a trainer tonight for some strengthening work-1 hour. We don't do cardio yet...i need to join a pool class (rebellious knees) Good luck at being consistent everyone!!

That is a great start. Today I have walked on my treadmill for 105 days straight. I started out with 20 minutes, got up to 45 minutes twice a day, but if I don't have the time or don't feel well which happened twice. The least I will do in a day is 20 minutes. So your off to a good start. If you can't do 10 minutes at one time, you can always do 5 minutes twice. Just do it and you will feel good like me when you reach a high number you can be proud of like I am! On with your streak...............
