I am a VERY lazy person. I will admit that. I won't get up if I can find a way to delay something.
Therefore, I have set myself up a couple of small goals for Week 1.
- A bare minimum of 10 minutes of exercise a day.
- Eat more than 1 meal a day (I tend to starve myself all day then binge at dinner time)
- When I am feeling thirsty, instead of being lazy and dehydrating myself, actually get up and get some water!!!
Those are my Week 1 Goals. They may not seem like much to some people, but they are big for me and my current lifestyle.
