I can relate to your post. I found myself over the past year being lazy as well. Instead of cutting up fruits or veggies, or preparing something good to eat I would open a bag of chips or cookies, anything easy to just open and eat. Exercise too has been a struggle over the past year, so 10 minutes a day is an amazing goal. You are stronger than you think and I KNOW you can do this!
Congrats and welcome. You're goals are very realistic when transitioning to a healthier lifestyle. Recognizing these small changes can have a significant impact upon your life is a big first step. Good luck on the goals and looking forward to seeing how your first week went!

I am a VERY lazy person. I will admit that. I won't get up if I can find a way to delay something.
Therefore, I have set myself up a couple of small goals for Week 1.
- A bare minimum of 10 minutes of exercise a day. - Eat more than 1 meal a day (I tend to starve myself all day then binge at dinner time) - When I am feeling thirsty, instead of being lazy and dehydrating myself, actually get up and get some water!!!
Those are my Week 1 Goals. They may not seem like much to some people, but they are big for me and my current lifestyle.
