That is awesome!! You are doing a GREAT job! Just going to the gym is a big accomplishment...I find it hard to get myself to go.

Three day streak! It might not seem like much, but for me, it's something. gym treadmill Monday, strength training Tuesday, 10 minute walk (so far) today. :)
