I walk at lunch and it takes me 15 minutes to go to the end of the street and back...it's a pretty long street! If I go around the block it takes me about 30 minutes. I'm starting at the 15 minute and I think next week I'm going to start going around the block. This is so important to me to lose weight I don't think I can stop at 10 minutes....but if I only do 10 minutes I need to tell myself it's OKAY.

I try to go over 10 minutes a day - but my bare minimum is per day is 10, each day of the week. That even seems like a challenge on some days. I just want to get something in. Some nights when I have my kids I will sit with them watching one of their favorite shows with free weights. I will keep lifting them any which way during the entire program and can knock out 30 minutes easily. Good luck!

Hi, I don't think I've ever done just 10 minutes but I always tell myself it is ok to stop after 10 minutes if I really want to. For me getting started has always been the hardest part but at about 10 minutes in I really start getting into it so I don't usually want to stop. 10 minutes is a great start because it's still better than not starting and it really does get your body into the habit of planned exercise everyday. Don't feel bad if you're only doing 10 minutes; just keep doing it until you feel like you want to do more.
