you can start walking to work school or to market it's very good to start try to not use car

Yoga stretches each morning for 10 - 15 mins. I used to do yoga every morning for 45 mins. I've just become lax in that area. I'm changing that now.

That's a great goal; it's good to start with small goals that are easy to achieve. It makes you feel good about yourself and that is one of the biggest hurdles for getting healthy. You can do it and you deserve it too. Have a great day!

My goal is to start with 10 minutes of exercise everyday so that i get used to exercise as part of my daily life. then work up from there.
