That makes sense. I just went for a 15 minute walk...so I'm happy I went over my 10 minutes, even if by only 5 minutes. It's easy for me at work on my lunch, but when I get home I struggle with exercising...too much stress I think. But getting out for a 10 minute walk would do me good. Keep up the good work and for setting your calendar...that is a GREAT idea!!

Yesterday was good- I was going to the gym anyway. Today will be harder- we're not going to be home until late. But 10 minutes is nothing, right? :) I think I will plan it in my calendar, so it's something I have to check off. That makes it feel less optional.
