I haven't updated in a couple of days - crazy end of the week! The president of my college was inaugurated yesterday so there lots of festivities!
Friday 10/12:
Walking: 4 mph (15 minutes per mile) 22 minutes 14:16 pace
Dancing: Disco, Ballroom, Square 30 minutes
Saturday 10/13:
Walking: 4 mph (15 minutes per mile) 20 minutes 14:00 pace
Sunday 10/14:
Walking: 4 mph (15 minutes per mile) 24 minutes 13:33 pace
My interval training is now 2 minutes brisk walk/3:15 jog and I'm not struggling with the jogging anymore! So excited!
5 weeks until the Turkey Trot. The pace for my 1st 5K was 14:33 and I'm now down a minute!
