A rainy day here. Thought about just curling up with a book but went to the fitness center for personal training. So glad I did and now I'll curl up with that book!

It's going to rain soon so I will use the stationary bike again tonight for 60 minutes. THat puts a smile on my face when I work up a good sweat

It was so hot today that I didn't go out until the evening, but then I've walked for almost an hour. The weather should be getting cooler soon, and then I can walk during the day.

I started this challenge today because I have hit a plateau. I hope that the challenge will increase motivation and accountability. Today, I walked the dog for over an hour. This weekend I have a zip line tour planned although the weather forecast is not promising :( Best of luck to everyone with your challenge!
