I tend to way overdo the exercising and burn out quickly or injure myself. So, I decided that 10 mins is a realistic goal that will ease me back into to exercising. I plan to do On Demand fitness shows in the morning...any recommendations? On the weekends I want to get outdoors with my family, biking, a walk, frisbee etc.
