Caveat: I have 2 bulging discs in lower back that require a very gradual and deliberate restart to exercising.

10-15 minutes of core toning per day while watching tv
Assigned physical therapy core exercises - daily
15 minutes stationary bike at least 5 of 7 days - begin to set routine; eventual daily & longer
drink water instead of diet pop - this will be a gradual habit change - major addiction
