You can do it! I am doing the challenge simply because I let myself get so out of shape I know I can't do more than that until I slowly build up to a longer time! Every day I complete the 10 minutes it is surprising how thrilled I am that I did it!!!!

Great goal! I remember trying to get back into shape after surgery a few years ago. I didn't know about the 10-minute challenge then, and I wish I had!

My goal is to get back to exercising daily after having surgery. While I hope to do more than 10 minutes a day. It is a great place to start. emoticon
