great goals. I walk for the majority of my activities. I walk at work on my breaks and can generally get in 60 minutes during work and then do at least 30 minutes of strength training and another 30 minute walk in the evening.

Walking helps relieve my stress level at work during the day. emoticon

My main goal is to do some physically activity for at least 10 minutes everyday - mainly walking and perhaps a bike ride or two
