I do 10 - 30 minute walks everyday during lunchtime and also on the weekends. The challenge will be when the weather is not good, ie, if it rains heavily, etc. I have also started back at my gym and am working with a coach to stay on track and be accountable. I will be meeting with her every 2 weeks to check my progress. I also enjoy hiking on the weekends when I can.
I've just joined this challenge (day 2 for me). I truly enjoy exercise but do NOT enjoy beginning! I decided if I can just begin, just do those first ten minutes, I'll be on my way. For instance I love walking but the first I don't know, half mile maybe, I think about just bagging it and going home. My hips are tight, my knee might feel a twinge, my back feels a pull, blah, blah, blah! But if I persist, I start to feel good, strong, and centered. So, my hope for this challenge is that by committing to the group to "do ten" I'll be able to do the walk I know I'll end up loving! I did it yesterday and I did it today.

.It is difficult to find the motivation to complete the fitness part of our plan. I know it works. . Just 10 minutes......We all can find the 10 minutes . You just have to find what works for you. Good luck!

Between my natural laziness and my business schedule I have always told myself I don't have time to work out. I think commiting to 10 minutes a day until it becomes second nature is a great way to kick start healthy living. Also I found out if I set my laptop in front of my 55 inch tv I can see and do my spark videos while still watching tv.
