I'm joining this group as a daily reminder to get out and do a little something extra each day. My job is high-stress and keeps me mostly chained to my desk/phone/computer/car. I've been making healthier meal/snack choices, and I believe this is the next step. I'm hoping that even on the days I don't feel like exercising, knowing that just 10 minutes can make a difference (it all adds up) will be just the motivation I need. Good luck everyone! =)
