Changing my goal to walking at least 10 min a day. The dogs have been neglected. I have a 40 min walk I do when I take the bus to and from work. So that's how I've been getting exercise so far this week.
I want to do at least 10 min exercise a day for the next month. I think variety will be the key to keep me motivated and avoid the "I didn't have time for a walk" excuse. Even if it is pouring outside or my allergies are a mess, or even if I have one of my horrendous 3 day migraines, I think I can find something to do for 10 min everyday! From Yoga, to Kettle ball, I can make this happen.
