I will be doing 20 minutes per day on NuStep this week. I am off work and there is no excuse for saying "no time". emoticon

I believe in cardio everyday but I have been told I can go overboard. :) It is the strength training that you need to be careful of. I alternate between upper body and lower body. That works for me.

Good goal on the jogging. Be careful on the ab workout though. It is highly recommended to give your muscles one or two full days of rest between strength training for recovery. The muscles will get stronger that way. I do legs and core Mon/Wed/Fri with Sat and Sun off.

I want to start jogging my ten minutes instead of walking them. I also want to add a ten minute ab workout twice a day.
