I am beginning this challenge at the most hectic time of my life. I'm getting married 5 days from today, so as much as I want to say 'every day', I know my knack for saying that and then not doing every day and feeling disappointment in myself.
This time around is about giving myself the tools and support to be successful. I am committing to 4 days per week.
I've never felt more in control in a time of hectic planning. Strange and exciting!
I would like to workout every day for at least 10mins. starting out small will help me get use to the idea without getting overwhelmed. I also do not want to let laziness get in the way of me completing this task everyday!
