I hear you about the pain. I just started stretching on Tuesday and man oh man, I am so sore too. I have been trying to walk 10 minutes per day too...and that hurts also.
We WILL get better at this! It's only a matter of getting through this first part that hurts so much...our bodies are protesting, but we must persevere!
