I already do quite a bit of cardio. I actually worked out 5 days a week until the week I gave birth....I'm just still having a hard time getting rid of the rolls and don't really feel good about myself. I always neglect the ab workouts and that is why it is my specific goal.

Not a bad goal. You may want to consider cardio though. Cardio burns more calories and you need to create a calorie deficit in order to lose weight. You might get more bang for your buck, so to speak. Just a thought. Good luck!

I have a 7 month old baby so my goal is to do at least 10 minutes of ab work every day.
