I like this challenge too! Ten minutes seems like something I can actually accomplish. So far, I've been walking to pick up my son from school. My goal is to walk to his school all five days a week though it is hard sometimes when my knees don't want to! LOL Good luck everyone!
New here. Am motivated and have given all of my excuses away. I will commit to at least 10 mins of intentional excer. today and each day following. (have to fight the urge to stay on the computer and read more-remember, my excuses are gone now---here I GO!
