My Week 1 goal is to do at least 10 minutes of exercise 5 days this week. I hope that I will be able to get my bf to go walking with me. Yesterday (even before joining SparkPeople), I was able to get him to go walk with me- 1.5 miles! So we are off to a pretty good start. I would also like to do Pilates 2x this week.
It doesn't matter how slow you go, you're still lapping everybody on the couch.
