Got my first 10 min by waking the dog. No surprise there, but then we went back out for thirty minutes at the park. Then and upper body workout with my trainer followed that with 10 minutes on the elliptical. I feel great and I've gotta walk the dog again before bedtime. Having a dog adds up the minutes quickly.
