I completely understand. Just remember that every day is a new chance to become the you that you want to be...sounds really cheesy, but that's the way I have to look at life. Some days are bad, but if you let them bleed into the next day it only gets worse.
I think you know by now that SP is not about dieting. It's about a healthy lifestyle. Losing weight is a pretty simple concept: we have to expend more calories than we take in. That's healthy food, portion control and exercise. You can do this! Get outside and start walking. Find a plan that works for you and stick with it. We're here to support.

I woke up this morning and was barely able to get into my "safe" jeans. I knows I need to complete this challenge and not quit. I am 25 years old and have been overweight since I was 15.
