Today was day 1 for me. I walked a total of 50 minutes. 10 minutes to Subway and 10 minutes back. 15 minutes to a meeting and 15 minutes back. I could have taken my car but we decided to walk to the meeting instead. Glad I did.
Keep at it one day at a time and remember to not let a bad day continue into days, weeks and years.

Lolamom2 ... I think your spot on. Im actually quite surprised at how easy it has been to find the 10 minutes to do exercise, and so far (you know...like day four lol) Ive found that 10 minutes has easily turned into 20 minutes, or at worst made me think 'well that doesnt really count for my exercise for the day NOW I will go and do something challenging'....since its just the little things that make htat 10 minutes, like riding the bike down to get some milk instead of waiting until your next big shop or driving.
Day 3 for me also. I am hoping the beauty of this challenge is that if we can make ourselves get out there for 10 minutes, then we will keep on going a little further and a little further. The hardest thing is just to lace on your sneaks and go when you are tired.

Today is day 3, I had the most challenge trying to keep up with my fitness program but thankfully I was able to get myself going and did 20 minute on treadmill (normally I do 25) and walked 10 minutes with my gal
