my week one sisters and brothers....if you got your heart pumping with a 10 minute workout...it's time to sing to the heavens with a resounding Woo Hoo!!
I just finished Nichole's 8 minute interval cardio work out so now I owe another 2 minutes of something that will get my heart pumping. I think I'll "dance to the music"!
But now for a double because I finished week one on target! Now I'm ready for week two.

Woo Hoo... getting ready to go for a long walk with the dogs. But my 10 minute daily challenge will be an aerobic exercise video when I get back. I have been using the videos that are right here on SP.
SunShine... the 10 minute jump rope is in intervals so just as I think I'm going to pass out, Nichole has you do an interval of recovery. The beauty of her videos is that you can always do something with less intensity and that's for me! In fact, I don't own a jump rope and do the exercise without one. I'm sure if I used a jump rope I would end up doing some kind of serious damage to me or the house.

Walked the dogs for ten minutes early this morning before the rain. Planning to go to the gym this afternoon for a brisk walk on the treadmill. As someone who has never really exercised, I'm finding I want to move because it makes me feel better.
