Hopeful Wendy, This is my first week too. I am a person who has been a bad combination of really busy and really tired for about two years. My goal is to just walk 10 minutes a day and I am actually doing it!

The first day I noticed that the walk went really quickly, that I actually enjoyed being outside, and I felt like I could have walked more. What a nice surprise for someone who has never stuck to a workout goal!

I know that we can both do this and feel physically and emotionally better when we stick to our 10 minute goal!

My goal is to take my first steps in starting to get my body moving!! I think focusing on just 10 minutes a day is a great way to start for me. So, that's what I am aiming for.
