Hopeful Wendy, This is my first week too. I am a person who has been a bad combination of really busy and really tired for about two years. My goal is to just walk 10 minutes a day and I am actually doing it!
The first day I noticed that the walk went really quickly, that I actually enjoyed being outside, and I felt like I could have walked more. What a nice surprise for someone who has never stuck to a workout goal!
I know that we can both do this and feel physically and emotionally better when we stick to our 10 minute goal!
