To lose some weight :) but that is a very broad goal that's what we are all here for!
So my goals for this next month are:
1. Increase my lower body strength so I can easily walk again
2. Stop having to use a wheelchair constantly
3. Lose all the weight I gained while I was in the hospital, because of the Medication they had me on. I gained 15 lbs in 4 days.
4. Start doing routine strength training, at least 3 times per week
