Instead of typing a new discussion every week I decided to put it all in one place. So here is my week one. Day one, I decided to do this to become a better version of myself. Not for anyone else just me. I'm about to do my 10 minutes of exercising and then I'll do it again tomorrow, and the next day and the next day and keep going (even after I reach my goal) and be a happier healthier me. :) Wish me luck!
