As part of my 10 minutes of daily exercise I am hoping to do a few things.
- I got a set of 1 minute exercise dvds from a friend, so I just need to get some dumbells. - I am borrowing the idea of nightly crunches from my baby sister. - I am committing to walking to work on any day with good weather.
Through a combination of these three things, I think I should be able to accrue at least 10 minutes of exercise everyday.
