You know what. Walking is the best think you can do and it is for a lifetime, requires no equipment and can be done in 10 minute intervals. I also do upper body work at a gym but a good dvd would work. You can even make walking easy or cardio. Make sure you have proper shoes. Good luck and enjoy.
