I just printed out the twelve week schedule for beginning walking. I'm starting slow so I can feel successful right away by checking off goals. It's completely understandable to want to see results quickly. So glad that are sharing ideas about getting the results we want.

I am starting over again with week 1. I want to exercise 30 minutes for 4 times this week. I like the slow start, and I want to lose 1 - 2 pounds this week

I am starting off slow for two reasons. First, in the past I have set my goals too high and it led to disappointment. Second, I always seem to be too busy to fit in exercise. Once I make a little room for it and it becomes a part of my routine, I think it will stick!

My week one challenge is I am going to start slow and make sure I do the 10 min a day exercise.. My 7 month old takes most of my energy.. lol I am also going to try and sleep more often.

 Pounds lost: 6.0
