Great goals! I'm doing baby steps on increasing my walking; 50 steps a day. I found last time I walked that was a good way to get further every day and build endurance.

This week I have continued my ten minutes of exercise as I belong to a team that has this daily and I have increased my walking and need to push on to increase in all areas to reach my goals. emoticon
