MondayI didn't get to do my normal walk, but I did have a lot of shopping to do, so parked at the very back of all the parking lots and hightailed it into the stores and back. Plus, had to wait 30 minutes for my prescription at WalMart, so I walked around the store as fast as I could with all the people. I did a few band exercises last night, but honestly, I was too tired to do too much.
Today I did my morning walk and added 250 steps to it. I was very tired by the time I got home, because it is very humid, and it was like pushing through the air to get anywhere. I tried picking up the pace, but with the humidity, my asthma kicked in so I just did a regular pace. I was dragging on the last leg, but hey...any movement is movement, right?
Did a tiny bit of gardening, probably 15 minutes, not very strenuous. I'm done for today. If I feel better tonight, I may do some bands, but probably not.
