I am new to SparkPeople and setting my first goals today. I am planning to lose 40 lbs by May of next year. I want to do this, as well as increase my aerobic capacity and keep my legs strong for hiking!
This week I will do 10 minutes of walking or stair climbing every day, and I will keep my calorie intake within the recommended range.
