I do some type of exercise every day even if it is only 10 minutes. 10 minutes is better than no minutes.
I have found some great videos here on SP to use on rainy days. Also I use these videos for strength training. I follow the seated videos usually because I have a hard time getting down on a mat.
I am getting out on my bike more and like that a lot and I try to walk at least 4 days a week.
So today I did 6 km on the bike then walked 2km with my granddaughter at school They had a beautiful program at their school for Grandparents day then we went on the Terry Fox walk together.
It was a beautiful day to be outside.
Feeling so energetic so I think I'll go bike for another 2km.
